I love rock and metal music across the entire spectrum, from oldies to alternative to nu metal to foreign to metalcore...I love it all!
I love cartoons and comics. Ergo, I aspire to be an independent artist, going along with my web and graphic design goals.
My favorite cartoon character is most definitely Danny Phantom. Yes, I'm a fangirl. No, I am not pro-this or anti-that. I just love the show and the mythos within.

I'll make this quick, but I came up with a viable NaNoWriMo novel idea for this year. I've decided to call the story Trans•form|mogrify|mutate. Here's the synopsis:Change is inevitable, but so is stasis. Stasis is impossible, but so is change.
To trans(form, mogrify, mutate) is to change. It is to invite uniqueness, variety, and novelty. To remain static is to stay. It is to celebrate strength, solidity, and proof.

Now that that's out of the way, what's new avec moi? ("with me" in French) Well, I'm doing my first ever cosplay this weekend! ^-^ I'm going as Twilight Sparkle to Kumoricon—I figured that she'd be a good first choice for me because:

Hey all.  Sorry I've been basically AWOL for the past...while.  This term has been particularly laden with stuff I needed to get done, plus a portfolio review at the end that determines whether or not I get to move on to third-year GD classes.  ⊙﹏⊙  Also, I haven't really been sleeping well, so there's that.
Either way, though, I'll try and resume as much activity as I can once summer hits.  It's almost here for me, so I'll finally be able to relax in just a few weeks.
Here it comes.  Yay.  =)

What've you been up to these days? I hear that! Every time I turn around, there seems to be a new surprise waiting, whether it be for for good or for ill. 
Well, there's a big question! Mainly, I've been trying to keep myself productive. My sister and I started a personal daily sketch challenge, and the things we're coming up with are, in actuality, starting to inspire me!
I am set to graduate with my Bachelors in June 2015, which is super exciting to think about! Generally, I'm just trying to keep up with life. ^-^ I tend to lurk around Tumblr more often these days when I'm not having feels about fictional characters. C'est la vie.
